1. This offer (“Offer”) is made by Pizza Hut Adco Limited, ABN 38 085 270 640, of 20 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086 (“Promoter”).

2. Offer available only to “Eligible Claimants”. An "Eligible Claimant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia; (ii) has a current Facebook account; (iii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iv) is not an employee of a Pizza Hut franchisee; and (v) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.

3. Offer commences at 11:00 am Friday 20th April 2012 and closes at 9:00am Saturday 21st April 2012 or when 5,000 x Surf and Turf Signature Pizza (each a “Surf and Turf  Signature Pizza”) have been awarded to Eligible Claimants, whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”). (All times and dates in these conditions are times and dates in Sydney.)

4. Subject to these conditions, an Eligible Claimant who, during the Offer Period, uses a compatible browser to visit www.facebook.com/PizzaHut Australia (the “Offer Website”), and follows the directions there to

(i) “Like” the PIZZA HUT Australia Facebook page; and

(ii) claim a Surf and Turf Signature Pizza by registering his/her claim ("Claim") as directed (a “Successful Claimant”)

will be:

(a) awarded one Surf and Turf Signature Pizza; and

5. A Successful Claimant will be provided with a Coupon Code: (i) on-screen following the submission of their Claim; and (ii) by email sent to the claimant’s email address provided by the Successful Claimant in their Claim.

6. To receive an awarded Surf and Turf Signature Pizza, a Successful Claimant and their Friend must separately, no later than 11:59am Monday 23rd April, and in accordance with the requirements of conditions 5 to 7 inclusive:

(i) use a compatible browser to visit www.pizzahut.com.au (the “Order Site”); and

(ii) through the Order Site:

(a) use their allocated Coupon Code to order a Surf and Turf Signature Pizza; and 

(b) in the same transaction, order any full priced Large pizza (Classics, Legends or Signature) (together an “Order”).

7. The Order may be for “Pick Up” or “Delivery” but will be subject to the conditions applying to Orders at the time that the Order is placed. 

8. The current purchase price(s) will apply to the purchase of the other item(s) in the Order and must be paid as directed for the Order to be accepted and the Surf and Turf Signature Pizza to be provided. 

9. If the Order is for:

(i) “Pick Up”, the minimum amount that must be spent to purchase another item is $4.95;

(ii) “Delivery”, the minimum amount that must be spent to purchase another item / other items is $20.

No amount will be payable for the awarded Surf and Turf Signature Pizza.

10. Limit of ONE Surf and Turf Signature Pizza per Eligible Claimant . Maximum 5,000 Surf and Turf Signature Pizza to be awarded to Eligible Claimants. Each Surf and Turf Signature Pizza is valued at $15.00.

11. By submitting a Claim, a claimant is deemed to have accepted these conditions. By using their allocated Coupon Code to order a Surf and Turf Signature Pizza.

12. FACEBOOK:

(i) The Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

(ii) By participating in the Offer, each Claimant releases Facebook, Inc from any and all liability to the Claimant arising in any way from the conduct of the Offer.

(iii) All information provided by a claimant in relation to the Offer is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the validity of all Claims (including the right to confirm and verify the identity of a claimant, by requesting proof of identity and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable is at the Promoter's absolute discretion) and to not accept any Claim from a claimant who, in the Promoter’s opinion, has tampered with the Claim process or submitted a Claim that is not in accordance with these conditions. 

14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Claimant in connection with the Offer, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify an entrant’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

15. If the Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer.

16. If any provision of these conditions is unenforceable for any reason, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.

18. Claimant personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Offer and, if a Claimant consents, may be used to market its products to the Claimant. The personal information of the claimants may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Offer, including the supplier and deliverer of the Surf and Turf Signature Pizza. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 1 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If a Claimant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to be awarded a Surf and Turf Signature Pizza.
